Aberdeen Health Village is hiring a Band 7 Advanced Nurse Practitioner for its Out of Hours Urgent Care team. You'll deliver same-day access to urgent treatments and need a strong foundation in clinical assessment practices. Your contribution will be vital in enhancing patient experiences through effective collaboration with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and diagnose urgent medical conditions

• Provide treatment for minor injuries and illnesses

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership

• Drive service improvement initiatives and education

• Engage in service audits to enhance care quality

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration

• Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification required

• Demonstrated independent prescribing abilities

• Relevant experience in urgent or primary care

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings
