Wound Care Nurse

Position: Full-Time Wound Care Nurse Opportunity
Support community health as a Wound Care Nurse with Spectrum Health Care in Mississauga.

This role offers a signing bonus of up to $9,000 while providing vital patient care.

In this position, either full-time or part-time, you will deliver holistic nursing care, requiring an IIWCC certificate or NSWOC designation. Your responsibilities include assessing patients with wound and ostomy issues, creating personalized care plans, and ensuring responsive care. You will also need to travel within the community to visit patients at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patient needs

• Collaboratively create tailored care plans for patients

• Provide secure, holistic nursing services

• Anticipate and adapt to patient care changes

• Travel to various home locations in the community

Requirements:

• Must have NSWOC or IIWCC certification

• Recorded good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of two years nursing experience preferred

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
