As a part-time Registered Nurse, you will ensure that care is delivered in compliance with standards and physician directives while assisting in the development and evaluation of resident care plans. Supervising nursing staff and conducting performance reviews will be among your key responsibilities in this role. A reliable vehicle is necessary for community home care visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care following established nursing protocols
• Assist in assessing and monitoring patients
• Maintain and evaluate patient care plans regularly
• Oversee the performance of nursing staff
• Report issues and concerns to the Director of Care
Requirements:
• Approved nursing certificate for the province
• Registered or eligible with licensing institutions
• History of experience in community or long-term care
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
Contribute to excellent patient care and nursing practices as a Community Care Registered Nurse.
