This permanent position is ideal for experienced practitioners seeking to utilize their knowledge in a collaborative environment. You will function as an autonomous provider, responsible for diagnosing, prescribing, and teaching client care strategies while integrating health promotion and injury prevention into your practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clinical services with advanced nursing competencies
• Promote health and prevent illness in diverse populations
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Teach clinical protocols to clients and peers
• Manage diagnostic tests and minor procedures autonomously
Requirements:
• 5+ years of recent nursing experience in primary care
• Master’s in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Stream
• Active registration with the CRNM
• Effective communication and decision-making skills
• Must pass a background check and possess CPR certification
