Registered Nurse - ICU Position

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Med/Surg unit located in Winnipeg. This in-person position requires a post-graduate qualification in ICU nursing.

As a Registered Nurse (N2) in the Intensive Care Med/Surg department, you will play a vital role in providing care for critically ill patients. You'll be expected to have a current CRNM registration and partake in ongoing professional development. This role focuses on high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage nursing care for critically ill patients

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care

• Stay current with nursing best practices and regulations

• Hold BLS Level C and other relevant certifications

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide critical interventions

Requirements:

• Post-graduate education in ICU nursing mandatory

• Must be registered with CRNM

• Preferred active engagement in professional nursing organizations

• Complete background checks as a mandatory employment condition

• Participate in skills assessments if selected for interview
