Under the general supervision of the Manager Health Services, this position involves the provision of independent nursing services and collaboration within a skilled healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care in community environments
• Administer treatments as directed by physicians
• Lead and support healthcare teams effectively
• Ensure coordinated and safe client discharges
• Uphold standards of nursing practice and ethics
Requirements:
• Preferred 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Registered Nurse license with CRNM
• Community health certification preferred
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license
• Compliance with CPR and immunization standards
