Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric nursing care in the 24/7 PEZ
- Conduct mental health assessments and create care plans
- Stabilize patients experiencing acute crises
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Uphold standards of patient-centered care and safety
- Registered Practical Nurse with current Ontario certification
- Minimum 2 years of mental health nursing experience
- Robust assessment, de-escalation, and intervention skills
- Knowledge of Mental Health Act and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
