Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is looking for a Nurse 2 to join their Community Health Services team. Candidates need to meet the credentials of an approved nursing program and maintain active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba. A background in wound care and chronic disease management is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing services in community environments
• Conduct health assessments for diverse populations
• Document and report care effectively
• Collaborate with others in healthcare delivery
• Delegate nursing responsibilities within teams
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved Nursing education program
• Must hold active registration with CRNM
• At least 2 years related work experience
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license required
• Successfully pass all necessary security and background checks
