Position: Registered Nurse N2 for Critical Care
Join the Winnipeg Health Region as a Registered Nurse N2 in the Critical Care Resource Team. This role requires in-person attendance and focuses on improving patient outcomes in critical care settings.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care. Current CRNM registration and BLS Level C certification are mandatory qualifications for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to critical care patients

• Work alongside diverse healthcare professionals

• Evaluate and document patient needs and progress

• Uphold standards of care within legal scope

• Undergo skills assessments as part of the hiring process

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing program

• Must hold a valid CRNM registration

• Must maintain annual BLS Level C certification

• ICU nursing experience or equivalent certification preferred

• Comprehensive background checks required
