As a Visit Nurse, you’ll work in Caledonia/Selkirk and surrounding areas, engaging with patients in their homes and clinics.
Your role involves wound care, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient support. With flexible scheduling options, you will better balance work and home life while supporting clients in achieving their health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver wound care and IV therapy in patient homes
• Administer medications and perform tube feeding
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Facilitate collaborative care with the interdisciplinary team
• Navigate clients to additional health resources
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Reliable vehicle and driver’s license required
• Clear Criminal Record Check within 12 months
• Strong communication skills in English; other languages a plus
• Availability for flexible weekend shifts
