The Registered Nurse (RN)/Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) will work across Home Care Services, Personal Care Homes, and Transitional Care environments. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to ongoing learning while delivering effective patient-centered care. This role involves adhering to established nursing practices and maintaining professional standards through agency policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply nursing processes to support patient health improvement
• Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams for quality service
• Maintain records confidentially and securely
• Lead and make autonomous decisions on patient care
• Respect and promote cultural diversity among patients
Requirements:
• Current registration in Manitoba as RN/RPN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
