As a Registered Nurse directly reporting to the Manager of Health Services, you will deliver comprehensive nursing services tailored for patients with chronic illnesses and complex needs. Key responsibilities include leading a health care team and coordinating patient care effectively. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, particularly with geriatrics, is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medical treatments and perform patient assessments
• Coordinate patient care and discharge processes efficiently
• Provide leadership and guidance to nurses and support staff
• Collaborate with physicians and health professionals on care plans
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing educational program
• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
