This full-time position requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team, focusing on residents with complex health needs. We are looking for a candidate with a commitment to quality care, critical thinking skills, and a current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba. Three years of clinical experience in gerontology is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services to residents with varying health needs
• Work collaboratively within a resident care interdisciplinary team
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for restorative care
• Direct other nursing staff and health care aides as needed
• Prioritize care for individual and group residents
Requirements:
• Current registration with CLPNM
• Three years of clinical experience preferred
• Graduate of a recognized nursing program
• Ability to respond to simultaneous demands
• Flexible to work in a dynamic environment
