Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to clients at home, schools, or clinics

• Administer prescribed treatments effectively and safely

• Lead the healthcare team in client care coordination

• Facilitate client discharge and transition planning

• Maintain accurate and thorough client documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing program

• Registration with College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• CPR certification and immunization as required

• Direct community/palliative care experience

• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license
