Registered Nurse in Mental Health Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute independent nursing services for diverse patient needs

• Implement prescribed treatments and document care accurately

• Lead coordination efforts for patient discharge

• Act as a liaison within the healthcare team

• Adhere to Shared Health’s vision and standards

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved psychiatric or nursing program

• Active CRPNM or CRNM registration is mandatory

• Experience in mental health care preferred

• Proficient communication and critical thinking skills

• Strong understanding of healthcare protocols and legislation
