Position: Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity
Become a key member of Vancouver Coastal Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse committed to holistic patient care. This role focuses on providing community-integrated health services through home visits.
In your role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, delivering quality care to primary care clients. The emphasis on culturally secure practices is vital as you assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies. Engaging with families and effectively documenting client care will help promote overall health and well-being in the community.

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses

• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
