Key Responsibilities:
• Perform initial and ongoing health assessments for residents
• Work with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care

Requirements:
• Registered with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Nursing degree from an approved institution
• Strong skills in critical thinking and communication
