Provide exceptional primary care as a dedicated Registered Nurse. Collaborate with a skilled inter-professional team to ensure culturally safe, client-centered care across diverse healthcare environments.
This role requires an experienced RN to engage with clients from various backgrounds, focusing on holistic health promotion and timely interventions. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver client and family-centered care across multiple settings
• Conduct initial assessments and health coaching

Requirements:
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• 2 years clinical nursing experience in primary care
• Valid BC driver's license in good standing
• Basic Life Support, Level C certification required
• Strong understanding of cultural humility in healthcare
