Position: Compassionate Registered Nurse for Diverse Primary Care Settings
Provide exceptional primary care as a dedicated Registered Nurse. Collaborate with a skilled inter-professional team to ensure culturally safe, client-centered care across diverse healthcare environments.

This role requires an experienced RN to engage with clients from various backgrounds, focusing on holistic health promotion and timely interventions. You'll perform initial assessments, health coaching, and strategic care plans, maintaining high ethical standards and adhering to established guidelines. Your ability to navigate complex health needs will directly enhance client outcomes in our community-oriented framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver client and family-centered care across multiple settings

• Conduct initial assessments and health coaching

• Collaborate with inter-professional teams for care planning

• Facilitate transitions in the healthcare continuum

Requirements:

• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives

• 2 years clinical nursing experience in primary care

• Valid BC driver's license in good standing

• Basic Life Support, Level C certification required

• Strong understanding of cultural humility in healthcare
