Join our Occupational Health & Safety team as an Occupational Health Nurse to provide vital health services for mental health and addictions employees. This role includes program design, delivery, and evaluation.
In this position, you'll leverage over five years of nursing experience, including expertise in Occupational Health Nursing. Responsibilities include conducting health examinations, counseling, and developing wellness programs. Your work will significantly impact workplace safety and employee health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor health conditions and work environments
• Create and implement health promotion strategies
• Manage health data systems and surveillance
• Participate in return-to-work planning for injured employees
• Monitor and analyze workplace injury trends
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
• 3 years specializing in Occupational Health Nursing
• Required Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
• Occupational Health Nursing Certificate essential
• Current CRNM registration and BCLS certification
