Position: General Duty Nurse with Emergency Training

Applicants must hold a degree from an approved nursing program and demonstrate a satisfactory employment record to qualify. The successful candidate will undergo emergency nursing orientation and must possess strong communication skills to navigate the challenges of patient care effectively, all while working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement patient-centered care in emergency situations

• Successfully complete required emergency nursing training

• Maintain certification with CRNM and CPR

• Practice ethical nursing in accordance with health regulations

• Manage physical and emotional demands of the role

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized Registered Nursing program

• Valid registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• Understanding of clinical care guidelines and ethics

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

• Capable of performing in demanding environments
