In this crucial role, you will serve as the frontline for health information, managing calls for assistance 24/7. Your professional assessments will guide clients in understanding their health needs while documenting interactions accurately in electronic records to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate callers’ health needs through professional assessments
• Support clients with necessary resource referrals
• Log caller data and interactions into health records
• Use nursing protocols for effective decision-making
• Promote health literacy and client empowerment practices
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Emergency Department or Community Health
• Broad experience in diverse health areas preferred
• Graduate of a recognized Registered Nursing program
• Proof of CRNM registration necessary
• Strong assessment and communication abilities
