Elevate your nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.
This role offers in-person community-based care opportunities in Home Care Nursing.
Based in River Heights, you'll provide essential nursing services while adhering to established professional standards and ethical codes in your care practices. A robust experience background of at least two years is anticipated from applicants, along with a recognized LPN educational background to ensure quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing care practices in community settings
• Track and maintain accurate patient health documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Educate patients about treatment plans and self-care
Requirements:
• Maintain CLPNM active registration
• CPR training as per WRHA regulations
• Must possess a Class 5 driver's licence
