In this impactful role, you will provide dedicated care to adults facing dual diagnosis. Collaborating with health professionals, you'll employ conflict resolution skills and ensure effective medication management while monitoring patient progress in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer individualized, compassionate care to patients
• Collaborate with families and health professionals effectively
• Use conflict resolution skills during patient care
• Administer medication and track progress diligently
• Encourage proactive health culture and safety
Requirements:
• Certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience in mental health and dual diagnosis
• Basic Life Support and medication management certifications
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Support independence and quality of life as a practical nurse at North Bay Regional Health Centre.
