This position is designed for individuals enrolled in approved nursing programs, providing an excellent platform to integrate theory with practice. Under the supervision of RNs and RPNs, you will learn to deliver compassionate care while navigating the complexities of patient needs.
This role offers flexible shifts and a collaborative atmosphere focused on patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care supervised by registered nurses
• Participate in interprofessional teamwork for optimal care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation as per regulations
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients
• Seek direction and opportunities for skill improvement
Requirements:
• Enrollment in an approved nursing education program
• Completion of at least 450 hours of clinical placement
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
• Critical thinking and clinical judgment skills required
• Satisfactory background checks must be completed
