Position: Nurse (N2) – Shared Health

In this N2 nursing role, you'll deliver essential nursing care to patients facing complex health challenges. Your duties will include administering treatments, leading components of patient care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Strong communication and adaptability are essential for this position’s success within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing services to diverse patient populations

• Administer medical treatments as prescribed and monitor progress

• Coordinate care and facilitate patient discharges effectively

• Lead nursing practices within healthcare teams and units

• Adhere to hospital policies and nursing standards at all times

Requirements:

• Completion of an approved Registered Nursing program

• Proficient registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• Prior telemetry experience highly preferred

• Must finish an E.K.G. Monitoring Course within 12 months

• Knowledge of Indigenous customs is a plus
