Specialty Pharma Nurse Position

Join us as a Specialty Pharma Nurse, focusing on providing essential infusion treatments to patients both at home and in clinical settings. Your nursing skills will play a critical role in monitoring reactions and ensuring quality care delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing tailored care plans, assessing patient health, and documenting treatment outcomes accurately. Ensuring adherence to provincial standards and safety protocols is pivotal in your nursing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review personalized nursing care plans

• Conduct detailed patient health assessments

• Initiate IV access and deliver specialized treatments

• Record patient conditions and respond to adverse events

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Requirements:

• BSN or equivalent degree is required

• Valid nursing board registration with good standing

• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS

• Experienced in acute care and specialty pharmaceuticals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
