Position: Skilled LPN at Betel Home Foundation
Become a valued member of Betel Home Foundation as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Gimli or Selkirk, Manitoba, providing critical nursing care to our elderly residents. This position offers the chance to lead healthcare aides and deliver superior service in personal care.

In this role, you will work under the Director of Resident Care, adhering to clinical standards and contributing to resident well-being. With a focus on effective decision-making and teamwork, you will use your nursing skills to enhance the lives of our residents. Experience in geriatrics and dementia care is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resident-centered nursing care based on policies and procedures

• Oversee the work of Health Care Aides in daily activities

• Maintain communication with residents about their care

• Use critical thinking skills for effective nursing solutions

• Uphold regulations set forth by CLPNM and ensure ethical practices

Requirements:

• Active practicing license with CLPNM or eligible

• Current Basic Life Support certification required

• Knowledge of geriatric and dementia care preferred

• Ability to solve problems and manage tasks effectively

• Strong English communication skills necessary
