Make a difference in patient recovery as a Registered Nurse in Salmon Arm's Medical‑Surgical unit. This role emphasizes comprehensive care for post‑surgical patients with complex needs. We are in search of dedicated RNs or LPNs to bolster our Medical‑Surgical team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care according to clinical standards.
- Assess and document patient conditions and responses.
- Safely administer medications and treatments.
- Support wound care and discharge planning.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Active registration with BCCNM as RN or LPN.
- Recent acute care or hospital nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
