Enhance patient care as a Registered Nurse in PACU with Shared Health in Winnipeg. This role requires critical care skills and offers a full time, in‑person work model. As a Registered Nurse at Shared Health, you will provide comprehensive nursing services in the PACU.
We seek candidates with two years of acute care experience and PACU or critical care background. The position demands administration of medical treatments and coordination of patient care and discharge procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medical treatments as directed
- Coordinate patient care and assist with discharges
- Provide skilled nursing services to complex patients
- Uphold standards of practice and ethical codes
- Engage with the healthcare team for comprehensive care
- Two years acute care medical/surgical experience
- Completion of Adult Critical Care Nursing or PACU Course
- Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
- Current BLS certification required
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
