In this critical role, you will partner with Licensed Practical Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care. Deliver pivotal services, including wound, dementia, and palliative care, while advocating for patient rights. Your documentation and effective communication will be essential in this dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to assess and plan personalized nursing interventions
• Provide wound, dementia, and palliative care to patients
• Document patient assessments and teaching efficiently
• Communicate changes in patient conditions promptly
• Advocate for patients' rights and dignity in all care aspects
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved Nursing program
• Current BCCNM registration as RN or RPN
• Minimum one year of gerontological nursing experience
• Valid Level 1 First Aid certification
• Solid understanding of nursing theory and practice
