Be an essential part of patient care as a Registered Nurse in Surgical Day Care. This role emphasizes independent nursing services and coordination of complex patient needs.

Under the direction of the Health Services Manager, this professional nursing position requires expertise in outpatient and Pre-Admission settings. You will provide essential nursing care while demonstrating leadership within the healthcare team, fostering collaboration for effective patient discharge and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver independent nursing services for diverse patient needs

• Administer prescribed medical treatments accurately

• Facilitate patient care coordination and discharge processes

• Maintain and prove registration with CRNM

• Participate actively in professional nursing associations

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program

• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred

• CPR training according to employer policy

• Certification in conscious sedation is an asset

• Knowledge of the College of Registered Nurses standards
