Amica is looking for a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to join its caring team. This role emphasizes holistic wellness and the creation of individualized wellness plans. You will engage with seniors, providing exceptional care while collaborating with qualified support to foster meaningful connections and improve residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote best practices for resident wellness and care

• Form purposeful relationships with residents and families

• Contribute to personalized wellness plans

• Perform assessments and collaborate with Health Care Providers

• Participate actively in team meetings and care planning

Requirements:

• Completion of a Practical Nursing program

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR certification

• Effective communication skills, especially with seniors

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
