Position: Evening Nurse Role Health
Join Winnipeg Regional Health Authority as a Nurse in the Extended Hours Primary Care Clinic. This in-person role focuses on community nursing, chronic disease management, and effective care delivery.

This position offers a half-time schedule with evenings required at the St. Boniface Hospital. With at least two years' related experience, you will help enhance patient care in community settings. You should demonstrate critical thinking skills and be capable of prioritizing nursing tasks across diverse demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in various community settings

• Prioritize care and monitor outcomes effectively

• Collaborate with the healthcare team for quality service

• Maintain compliance with nursing standards and legislation

• Adapt to changing situations while delivering care

Requirements:

• Two years of recent nursing experience preferred

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program

• Current registration with CRNM required

• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license

• CPR certification must be up to date
