Position: Nurse N2 for Primary Care Services

At WRHA Community Health Services, you will contribute to health equity and provide essential primary care services. With at least two years of experience in community or ambulatory care, you will focus on prevention, intervention, and maintaining health for diverse populations. Experience in mental health counseling will further enrich your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in varied community clinic settings

• Support patients' physical and mental health needs

• Perform thorough clinical assessments and interventions

• Engage in public health and educational initiatives

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care

Requirements:

• Completion of an approved Registered Nursing program

• Two years of relevant healthcare experience

• Active registration with CRNM required

• Compliance with CPR training requirements

• Hold a valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license
