Regional Nursing Manager for Acute Care

You’ll be accountable for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of integrated care aligned with health legislation. Reporting to the Director of Health Services, you'll prioritize nursing protocols and handle immediate issues in collaboration with acute care managers. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing management in acute care settings
• Make judgment calls on workforce priorities and methods
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives and training
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and legislation
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
• Minimum five years of experience in Acute Care
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
