Position: Registered Nurse with Women's Health Focus
Be part of the healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Women's Health. This role emphasizes patient care, complex health needs, and ensuring a positive discharge experience.

Under the supervision of the Manager of Health Services, you will provide professional nursing services, coordinate patient care, and take a leadership role within the healthcare team. Candidates will be preferred with prior nursing experience and a strong background in Women’s Health. Effective communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential skills for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver independent nursing services to patients

• Administer prescribed medical treatments efficiently

• Lead coordination of patient care during hospitalization

• Facilitate smooth patient discharge processes

• Maintain knowledge of healthcare standards and protocols

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing program

• Current registration with College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• CPR training compliant with employer policies

• Previous experience in nursing with a focus on Women’s Health preferred

• Ability to handle moderate to heavy physical effort
