Under the Manager of Health Services, this Registered Nurse role focuses on delivering professional care for patients with complex health needs. Ideal candidates will have two years of acute medicine, cardiology, or emergency nursing experience. Key responsibilities include administering medical treatments, leading healthcare teams, and coordinating patient care and discharge processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide independent nursing services for patients

• Administer prescribed medical treatments and medications

• Lead healthcare teams for optimal patient care

• Coordinate patient discharge plans and follow-up

• Maintain an active role in professional nursing associations

Requirements:

• CRNM registration required and valid BLS Level C

• Two years recent nursing experience in acute fields

• Successful completion of the Cardiac Rhythms Course

• Satisfactory Criminal Records and Abuse Registry Checks

• Ability to fulfill the scope of practice in nursing
