The role is stationed within the WRHA Community Health Services, predominantly in the River East area. Applicants must be graduates of a Licensed Practical Nursing program with two years of relevant experience preferred. Knowledge of community nursing practices and effective communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services across community settings
• Assess client needs and tailor care plans
• Maintain compliance with nursing documentation standards
• Participate in patient education and support
• Uphold ethical standards and collaboration with healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Minimum of 2 years recent relevant experience
• Proof of registration with CLPNM required
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license
• CPR training in line with employer’s policies
