In this role, the Licensed Practical Nurse works within Acute, Transitional, and Home Care environments, applying the nursing process to enhance patient outcomes. You will maintain professional standards while engaging in ongoing education. Your responsibilities will include determining work priorities and using independent judgment effectively.

• Deliver comprehensive care within diverse healthcare settings

• Ensure adherence to southern health policies and ethical standards

• Exercise independent judgment in clinical decision-making

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and insured vehicle

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proven ability to respect confidentiality and cultural diversity
