In this role, you'll deliver practical nursing services across multiple environments, including homes and clinics. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional practical nursing services to clients
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Administer prescribed medical treatments to clients
• Participate in the coordination of care and discharge
• Implement adult learning strategies for client education
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years recent related experience
• Proof of active registration with CLPNM
• Current CPR certification as per employer standards
• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license
• Completion of a recognized LPN education program
