As a key member of the health services team, the Registered Nurse will provide professional nursing services, focusing on patients with complex health needs. Your responsibilities will include administering treatments, leading healthcare teams, and facilitating patient discharges. Applicants with experience in Maternal/Newborn, Labour and Delivery, and Gynecology will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide independent nursing services for complex patients
• Administer prescribed medical treatments effectively
• Lead coordination of patient care and discharge
• Maintain compliance with health standards and practices
• Communicate effectively within the healthcare team
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing program
• Proof of registration with CRNM required
• Experience in Women’s Health preferred
• Effective communication skills essential
• Ability to adapt to demanding environments
