With a minimum of four years of clinical nursing experience in enterostomal care, your expertise will guide practice improvements and patient education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model best practices in wound and skin care management

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for client-centered solutions

• Perform assessments, including ankle brachial index evaluations

• Develop and implement care policies for wound management

• Utilize electronic medical records for documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing Degree required

• Minimum four years in enterostomal/skin management

• Current nursing registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• Valid Class 5 driver's license required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
