Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and evaluate resident care strategies and outcomes

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff effectively

• Ensure ongoing assessments and care plans are executed

• Manage staff scheduling and replacements as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of management experience in healthcare

• Active RN license or qualification for CRNM registration

• Strong understanding of current health care legislation

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

• Familiarity with MDS and Care Management systems
