As a Registered Nurse, you'll operate under the supervision of the Manager Health Services while providing essential nursing services. Strong candidates will have a post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent ICU experience. Leadership within the healthcare team, as well as coordination of patient care and effective discharge planning, are key components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing services for varied patient needs
• Perform medical treatment administration based on physician orders
• Lead patient care and coordinate discharge effectively
• Uphold standards according to the Regulated Health Professions Act
• Undergo required background checks as part of employment
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing program
• Valid CRNM registration essential
• Annual BLS Level C registration needed
• ICU nursing experience or relevant educational background
• Availability for skills assessment evaluation
