Home Care Registered Nurse - Manitoba

Provide compassionate nursing care in the community as a Registered Nurse in Home Care - CIVP. Experience in IVs and community care is essential for this role.

As a Registered Nurse in Manitoba, you will deliver nursing care across various settings including homes and schools. This position requires recent IV experience and community health knowledge. You'll be responsible for implementing nursing interventions based on care plans, demonstrating strong communication skills, and being adaptable to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care as per individualized care plans

• Perform IV insertion and management for patients

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as necessary

• Maintain accurate healthcare documentation and records

• Educate clients and families on health management

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program

• Recent experience with IV and community care

• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba

• Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s license

• Knowledge of community health nursing practices
