Are you a licensed registered nurse ready to elevate patient care? Option Care Health seeks a dedicated Infusion Nurse II to provide compassionate, intermediate home care for patients with complex needs.
As a key member of Option Care Health, the nation's largest home infusion provider, you will assess patient conditions, implement nursing care plans, and ensure safety and compliance under a physician’s guidance. With your experience and leadership, you’ll mentor junior nurses and engage with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and implement nursing care plans based on patient needs
• Assess conditions and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Mentor and train Infusion Nurse I’s for optimal care
• Communicate effectively with medical providers and families
• Coordinate discharge planning and prepare summaries
Requirements:
• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Current CPR certification required
• Strong infusion skill set for patient care
• Willingness to travel extensively for the role
