Position: Pediatric Nurse Educator Needed

Candidates should have a minimum of four years recent nursing experience, particularly in child health, and showcase expertise in mental health assessments and program development. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop educational resources for pediatric nursing

• Facilitate staff training on child health practices

• Conduct assessments focusing on mental health in children

• Initiate evidence-based changes in care protocols

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or equivalent

• At least four years of relevant experience in pediatric care

• Registered or eligible with the College of Nurses of Manitoba

• Certification in CPR according to employer standards

• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
