Position: St. Boniface Hospital ICU Nursing Role

This role requires a dedicated registered nurse with specialized training or equivalent ICU experience. Responsible for administering treatments and leading health care initiatives, you will play a key role in coordinating patient care alongside the health services manager. Effective discharge planning will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer independent nursing services to critically ill patients

• Administer and manage medical treatments per protocols

• Take the lead within the health care team

• Ensure effective communication for patient discharge

• Promote professional development through active associations

Requirements:

• Post-graduate ICU nursing course or equivalent

• Current registration with CRNM required

• Annual BLS Level C registration necessary

• Comprehensive Criminal Records Check required

• Support Indigenous representation in the healthcare workforce
