This role, under the supervision of the Manager Health Services, focuses on caring for patients with complex health needs. Key responsibilities include independent nursing, administering medical treatments, and coordinating patient care across various units, including Endoscopy and PRE-OP Assessment Clinic. You will also have opportunities for standby on-call shifts, ensuring flexible support during critical times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to patients with unpredictable health needs
• Administer prescribed medical treatments and medications
• Lead and coordinate within the healthcare team
• Work across Endoscopy, L2, and B2 Surgery units
• Manage patient care and discharge processes
Requirements:
• Recent surgical nursing experience is mandatory
• Graduate from an approved Registered Nursing program
• Current CRNM registration is essential
• Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
• Preferred active participation in nursing associations
