In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services and overseeing the care of patients with unpredictable health needs. A strong background in clinical nursing is essential, with a preference for candidates experienced in recovery room settings. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver independent nursing interventions and manage treatments
• Facilitate smooth patient discharges and recovery protocols
• Uphold academic and ethical standards of nursing practice
• Engage in team leadership and mentorship
• Prioritize patient-centered care throughout service delivery
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba mandatory
• Current CPR and BCLS certifications required
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience
• Recovery room skills highly preferred
• Must thrive in a demanding environment
